Samuel Giordano
Chief Financial Officer
Samuel Giordano joined Onyx Equities in 2004 and brings over 20 years of industry expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer. His background includes financial statement preparation,property accounting, financial analysis, risk management, and cash management. As Chief Financial Officer, he directs financial, accounting, and administrative efforts for Onyx Equities.
Prior to his current role, Sam was responsible for financial services at Sylvan Lawrence, one of Manhattan’s largest privately held, fullservice real estate organizations. Earlier in his career, he served as a Financial Executive for a large, publicly held engineering and construction firm that maintained investments in commercial and industrial real estate. In each of these roles, Sam maintained a track record of consistently improving operational efficiency and results.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and has completed numerous courses and professional seminars in the areas of real estate investment and analysis, management information systems, and financial accounting standards.
